Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and servicing guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. The role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to hygiene and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
  • Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as per standard procedures.
  • Make beds neatly and ensure the room is set up according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and clean bathrooms, mirrors, and fixtures.
  • Replenish minibar, stationery, and room supplies when required.
  • Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor.
  • Maintain housekeeping trolleys and pantries in a clean and organized manner.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP) at all times.
  • Greet guests courteously and respond to their requests promptly.
  • Support in deep cleaning tasks and special housekeeping projects when required.
  • Ensure energy conservation by switching off lights and AC when rooms are unoccupied.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
