We are looking for a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with strong Golang experience (2+ years) to join our dynamic team at a leading German product-based company. This is an excellent opportunity to work on global-scale projects and collaborate directly with international stakeholders.

Role Overview

As a Technical Developer, you will act as the bridge between the client and offshore teams ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and technical excellence. Youll participate in agile ceremonies, client meetings, and be accountable for deployment readiness and sprint outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical bridge between client and offshore teams.
  • Participate in client meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned tickets and sprint commitments.
  • Work closely with clients to plan workloads and deployments.
  • Identify and proactively address challenges or blockers.
  • Drive solution design and technical discussions with a focus on scalability and performance.

Technical Skills Required

  • Languages: Java 8/11, Golang (2+ years of experience)
  • Frameworks: Spring Boot, REST-based Microservices, OAuth 2.0
  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS (VPC, EC2, S3, Lambda), Kubernetes, Kafka, ArgoCD
  • Tools: Jira, Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD tools
  • Methodologies: Kanban, Agile Scrum (preferred)

  • Other Skills:

  • Strong API design and implementation experience

  • Understanding of application architecture and security
  • Experience with scalable, enterprise-grade applications
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation pipelines

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
