The Project/Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations, especially electrical execution, coordination with vendors, labour teams, and ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:Electrical Work & Technical Responsibilities

  • Strong knowledge of electrical installation, wiring, conduit work, lighting, DB panels, and fixtures
  • Ensure all electrical work meets safety and industry standards
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems
  • Read and interpret site drawings and electrical layouts

Site Operations & Management

  • Handle daily site operations and monitor day-to-day work progress
  • Manage manpower, assign tasks, and supervise labour teams
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and project team
  • Ensure quality checking, material verification, and timely task completion
  • Plan material requirements and ensure availability at site
  • Identify and resolve site issues to ensure smooth workflow

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and share updates with management
  • Track material consumption, site requirements, and work status
  • Maintain attendance, work logs, and basic site documentation

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines
  • Implement safety protocols and monitor safe working conditions
  • Report any safety hazards immediately

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems
  • Site supervision and manpower management
  • Project coordination & communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Basic computer & reporting skills (Excel, WhatsApp updates, DPR)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
