Roles & Responsibility

• Liaising with Government and Public.
• Liaising with local bodies i.e Revenue, PWD, water, and other department of the Government.
• Preventing the encroachment of company land
• Maintaining the good relationship with local bodies.
• Handling the local issue i.e land issue and other issues..
• Handling the crises.
• To Guide & Monitor the subordinates in their respective areas & providing cross functional exposure to team members
• Legal Cases Handling
• Coordinating with External Advocate for case preparation and fling the case by the company
• Providing the inputs in the agreement for other department.
• Ensuing the all dates of hearing our advocate to be present and handling the effectively.
• Drafting pleadings and other relevant court papers.
• Handling various cases, like Civil, Criminal, Labour and Constitutional matters.
• Land Acquisition / Purchase of land.
• Obtaining the all necessary approval for land purchase.
• Coordinating with land owners and motivating to land owners to sell their land to company.
• Drafting the Agreements, Deeds. etc.
• Getting the legal opinion for each Land before go for registration.
• Registration of land and getting the survey completing the process
• Ensuring the mutation after registration of the land

Qualification :
Bachelor of Low

Experience :
10 to 15 Years
