Step into a role of Assistant Manager Fraud Analytics, where you'll take responsibility for client service and operational execution task. You must take responsibility for controlling risk and enhancing controls in connection to your job and areas of responsibility in accordance with rules and regulations. You must follow well defined procedures that may require a range of job routines and make judgement based on practice and previous experience.

To thrive in this role, you'll need some previous experience in:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quantitative field of study (master's candidate is good to have).
  • Candidate possessing data and analytical experience with problem solving skills.
  • Ability to perform and handle multiple workstreams with deadline driven environment.
  • Working knowledge of SAS, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Effective communication skills – fluent in English written and spoken.

This role is based in Noida.

Purpose of the role

To use innovative data analytics and machine learning techniques to extract valuable insights from the bank's data reserves, leveraging these insights to inform strategic decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and drive innovation across the organisation.

Accountabilities

  • Identification, collection, extraction of data from various sources, including internal and external sources.
  • Performing data cleaning, wrangling, and transformation to ensure its quality and suitability for analysis.
  • Development and maintenance of efficient data pipelines for automated data acquisition and processing.
  • Design and conduct of statistical and machine learning models to analyse patterns, trends, and relationships in the data.
  • Development and implementation of predictive models to forecast future outcomes and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to seek out opportunities to add value from data through Data Science.
