Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Full-Time Accounting & Compliance Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee the complete accounting, finance, and compliance functions of our firm. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in bookkeeping, taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, and should be capable of managing all day-to-day financial operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle income tax, TDS, GST filings, and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Manage internal and external audits, coordinate with auditors, and ensure timely closure.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and laws.
  • Oversee vendor payments, payroll accounting, and bank reconciliations.
  • Liaise with government departments, banks, and financial institutions as required.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to management for business planning and cost control.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books / SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act compliance.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or taxation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Working Hours:

  • Male staff: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Female staff: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Location: SATELLITE, AHMEDABAD

Salary:

Competitive – based on experience and qualifications.
