RTR Specialist

*Responsibilities*

• Manage end-to-end RTR (GL, reporting, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets).
• Ensure accurate book close, flash reports, and profitability analysis.
• Handle intercompany, GR-IR, stock-in-transit reconciliations.
• Support audits, AOP planning, and tax reporting.

*Requirements*

• Bachelor's in accounting/finance (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years in RTR/financial reporting, preferably in MNC/shared services.
• SAP expertise mandatory.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and problem-solving skills.

Senior Associate – P2P - PO Processing

*Responsibilities*

• Manage PO lifecycle: create, review, amend, close in ERP (SAP/Oracle).
• Ensure compliance and SLA adherence.
• Resolve vendor/procurement queries and process urgent POs.
• Prepare KPI reports and drive process improvements.

*Requirements*

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
• 4–5 years' P2P/PO processing experience.
• SAP proficiency a must.
• Good Excel, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

RTR Specialist - Payroll

*Responsibilities*

• Manage payroll in SAP (processing, compliance, reconciliations).
• Post payroll journals, reconcile GL, analyze variances.
• Track administrative expenses, support month-end close.
• Drive process improvements and automation.

*Requirements*

• 5–8 years in payroll with SAP expertise.
• Knowledge of R2R, reconciliations, compliance.
• Preferred: MBA Finance / CA Inter.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

P2P Specialist – Payment Processing

*Responsibilities*

• Manage end-to-end vendor payments process in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Process invoices, handle payment runs, and reconcile vendor accounts.
• Monitor open items, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
• Track and report on payment performance, cash outflows, and administrative expenses.
• Partner with stakeholders (vendors, procurement, internal teams) to resolve payment issues.
• Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives to optimize P2P efficiency.

*Requirements*

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable / P2P payment processing, preferably in SAP.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing, payment runs, vendor reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience in payment/financial reporting.
• Exposure to global payment processes, banking interfaces, and controls.
• Preferred: MBA Finance / CA Inter (or equivalent qualification).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
