Overview

  • Build High complex Reporting Gen Ai solutions, by integrating with the PEPGENX Platform
  • Integrate AI models and algorithms into reporting solutions to provide predictive and prescriptive insights.
  • Optimize LLM, data models and reporting processes for performance and scalability
  • Ensure LLM Models are grounded through Prompt Engineering, RAG & Other methods
  • Build or Modify Orchestration layers as needed
  • Apply Evaluation Techniques to validate LLM's accuracy
  • Ensure data/model accuracy, consistency, and integrated in all reporting solutions.
  • Conduct Various Tests like: SIT, UAT & More, fix all the bugs or issues identified
  • Perform Code Scan and fix any anomalies identified during the scan
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAi and reporting technologies and apply them to improve existing solutions

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in computer science or data science or AI/ML, or a related field.
  • 8-11 years overall experience; 6+ years of professional experience working directly on the design, development and rollout of AI/ML/GenAi Solutions
  • Proven experience in developing AI-driven reporting solutions.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Azure cloud platforms like, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus.
  • Experience / involvement in organization wide digital transformations preferred
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and its application in reporting.
  • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
  • Understanding of business intelligence and data analytics best practices.
