Qualifications:

  1. Over 5+ years of working experience in ServiceNow

  2. 3+ years' experience implementing, administering and optimizing ServiceNow Discovery and additional discovery tools

  3. Solid understanding of Configuration Management practices and principles

  4. Experience implementing ServiceNow Service Mapping

  5. ITIL foundations certification preferred

  6. Strong ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) with multiple levels of the organization (internally and externally)

  7. Effectively working under accelerated deadlines and working independently to complete objectives

  8. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with good interpersonal skill

  9. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design.

  10. Self-starter, positive attitude, and ability to problem-solve under minimal supervision

  11. Intelligent, motivated, and competitive with a roll-up-the-sleeves" and "get the job done" attitude

  12. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks within an open and interactive environment
