Job Responsibilities
  • Controls factory layout and equipment location.
  • Set up manufacturing standard MMR, UPH and usage/k for Assembly and Test.
  • Assembly/Tests capacity analysis.
  • Control and update plant layout.
  • Develop and create layout per project requested.
  • Conduct time study on every assigned process.
  • Develop standard units per hour and KUPD.
  • Analyze manufacturing assumptions, set up time, QA time number of site, jam rate, utilization, etc.
  • Analyze and compare actual machine capacity and standard capacity.
  • Maintain Capacity Model data.
  • Determine machine capacity and requirement per QOP/AOP.
  • Support all MPhil Sites.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering.
  • Establish the IE MFG Standard.
  • Space and Layout Planning.
  • AUTO-Cad Skills is preferable.
  • Understand process/test flow and other production support.
  • Good Communication and teamwork.
  • With minimum 3-year work experience.
