What are we looking for?

You will lead the team and integration with HNI partners and drive end to end project delivery until productions movement.

What does the job entail?

  • Lead team and guide them in understanding requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders for Requirement elicitation and analysis
  • Communicate with multiple departments for RCA and production issue.
  • Coordinate to both internal and external stakeholders for issues related to production, network, Infosec and compliance
  • Drive end to end issue and resolved as per need and matter of urgency
  • Troubleshoot integration issue on priority during integration
  • Lead testing team and drive UAT testing, sanity & regression
  • Co-ordinate with Developer and maintain timeliness of go-live

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Graduation/Post Graduation
  • Work experience: 5 to 7 years
  • Excellent in API and partner relationship
  • Ability to handle team of 4-5 people
  • SQL and Java code understanding and troubleshooting
  • Able to understand XML and API workflow
  • Good requirement understanding skills and troubleshooting
  • Excellent Communication + Coordination skills
  • Good Excel skills for MIS
  • Insurance Knowledge
