Role & responsibilities

This role involves developing and commissioning automation solutions using Siemens PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. Work includes PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, drive commissioning, and project execution within India and abroad.

• Develop, debug, and test PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal
• Create and configure HMI applications using WinCC (TIA Portal / WinCC Explorer)
• Configuration and commissioning of AC and servo drives
• Design and implement SCADA systems including screens, alarms, trends, and reporting
• Prepare documentation such as I/O lists, logic descriptions, and test reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in PLC programming using Siemens PLCs (S7-1200/1500).
• Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
• Strong understanding of ladder logic diagramming principles for industrial automation systems.
• Knowledge of VFDs and servo drive systems.
• Proficiency in TIA Portal, WinCC Explorer etc.
• Familiarity with Profinet, Profibus, and Modbus communication protocols
• Knowledge in basic electrical and electronics.
