The Role
Drive customer acquisition through lead generation, sales, and customer success. Help us reach aspiring IT professionals seeking real value and transparent education.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify and connect with aspiring IT professionals through social media, tech communities, and networking
- Cold Calling Potential Leads
- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing our authentic approach and real mentorship
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining ethical, transparent practices
Customer Acquisition
- Build relationships with IT learners, career changers, and unconventional students
- Develop partnerships with tech communities and colleges
- Create compelling proposals highlighting our credible certifications vs. scam platforms
Customer Success
- Onboard students and ensure smooth learning journey
- Conduct check-ins to track skill development and career progress
- Connect students with mentors and gather feedback
- Track success stories and career outcomes
Requirements
- Understanding of IT industry and EdTech
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English.
- Self-motivated for remote work
