Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities related to interior fit-out, finishes, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC works.
  • Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, quality standards, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
  • Monitor project timelines, progress, and material requirements; prepare daily/weekly site reports.
  • Check and ensure proper installation of furniture, fixtures, lighting, and other interior elements.
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Verify measurements, quantities, and bills submitted by contractors/vendors.
  • Manage site labor, resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Report deviations or design conflicts and propose on-site solutions.

  • Support project handover process including snagging/defect rectification.

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

  • 1–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Familiar with project management tools and MS Office/AutoCAD.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹25,000.00 per month
