Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
- Assist in handling and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and packages.
- Support office staff in photocopying, filing, and other clerical tasks.
- Ensure office supplies and pantry items are adequately stocked.
- Handle errands such as bank deposits, post office tasks, or collection/delivery of documents.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms before conferences or discussions.
- Report any maintenance or repair requirements to the administration.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (Higher education is a plus).
- Prior experience as an Office Boy or similar role preferred.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, photocopier, etc.).
- Punctual, honest, and trustworthy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
