Executive Assistant

- Administrative Support: Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Communication Management: Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence; draft, review, and proofread documents and presentations.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items; ensure executives are well-prepared for all engagements.
- Project Management: Assist in planning and executing special projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Office Coordination: Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support organizational goals.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Expense Management: Prepare and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and budgets.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain databases, prepare reports, and assist with research and data analysis as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role.
Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Google drive, Google sheet, advance excel).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
