Job Title: Civil Engineer

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Gender: Male

Experience: 3–8 years (in civil construction, foundation, or infrastructure works)

Qualification: B.E. (Electrical) — with experience in civil construction preferred

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and execute civil construction works such as foundation, concreting, structural, and finishing activities.

  2. Monitor daily site progress, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

  3. Coordinate with Project Managers, Railway Officials, and Vendors for inspections, documentation, and approvals.

  4. Implement quality control and safety protocols at all times.

  5. Manage material receipt, storage, and consumption records efficiently.

  6. Read and interpret civil and structural drawings and ensure proper implementation at site.

  7. Conduct testing and inspections of concrete, soil, and materials as per IS standards.

  8. Prepare and maintain site reports, measurements, and as-built documentation.

  9. Supervise and evaluate contractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements.

  10. Support project closure through documentation, handover drawings, and final reports.

  11. Monitor ongoing site works, perform quality and safety checks.

  12. Update daily/weekly progress reports and communicate with the project team.

  13. Coordinate with procurement and client teams to ensure timely material availability and approvals.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  1. Strong understanding of construction drawings, reinforcement detailing, and site execution.

  2. Sound knowledge of IS codes, quality control, and safety standards.

  3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and report preparation.

  4. Excellent communication, coordination, and supervision skills.

  5. Ability to lead site teams and deliver projects under strict timelines.

  6. Experience in TSS/SP/SSP or building foundation work preferred
