Project Overview: Manas Foundation is initiating a new program designed to bring about transformative change in the working and service environment of public transport systems. This initiative seeks to create a conducive environment that enables women to become equal partners in workforce participation and transport service usage. The program aims to enhance the visibility of women in traditionally male-dominated roles within the transport sector, thereby fostering greater acceptance of their presence in such positions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Conduct capacity-building workshops with bus conductors and drivers.

· Facilitate support groups for drivers and conductors to encourage discussions on gender sensitization and workplace inclusivity.

· Conduct impact assessments to measure the effectiveness of the training sessions and suggest necessary improvements.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to promote gender-equitable workspaces within the public transport sector.

· Document and report findings from workshops and support group meetings.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 1-2 months

Pay: ₹11, ₹40,012.66 per month
