Mandatory skills : Mainframe, JCL, DB2, IMS, CICS, VSAM, Scheduler.

Good to have skills : Project Management, Automation, Cost saving skills.

• Position Summary:
  
  We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with years of hands-on expertise in DB2, COBOL, and JCL. The ideal candidate should be open to learning new technologies and AI tools. Knowledge of SQL Server is recommended but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize mainframe applications using DB2, COBOL, and JCL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business requirements and system enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mainframe environments
• Participate in modernization initiatives and explore integration with new technologies and AI tools
• Document technical solutions and contribute to process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• years of experience in mainframe development (DB2, COBOL, JCL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including AI tools
• Recommended: Knowledge of SQL Server
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Background:

• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
  Exposure to modernization or digital transformation projects
