Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and revenue-driven Sales Executive to accelerate the growth of our digital marketing division. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of digital products, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMO, Performance Marketing) to B2B clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead discovery and outreach to negotiation and closure.
- Generate leads through online/offline channels while maintaining consistent follow-ups.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pricing plans.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets through strategic selling.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and continuously nurture prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for proposal creation and project onboarding.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of proven sales experience, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong English communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to close deals confidently and consistently achieve targets.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing fundamentals (added advantage).
- Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of building long-term client relationships.
