We are looking for a proactive, confident, and revenue-driven Sales Executive to accelerate the growth of our digital marketing division. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pitch digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMO, Performance Marketing) to B2B clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead discovery and outreach to negotiation and closure.
  • Generate leads through online/offline channels while maintaining consistent follow-ups.
  • Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pricing plans.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets through strategic selling.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and continuously nurture prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for proposal creation and project onboarding.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of proven sales experience, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong English communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to close deals confidently and consistently achieve targets.
  • Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing fundamentals (added advantage).
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and capable of building long-term client relationships.
