About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Executive to join our Operations & Logistics team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end export documentation and logistics for our international shipments. This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-growing sportswear & equipment company, working closely with freight forwarders, customs officials, and internal teams to ensure seamless global distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Export Documentation & Compliance

  • Prepare export-related documents including:
  • Proforma Invoices
  • Commercial Invoices
  • Packing Lists
  • Certificates of Origin
  • Shipping Bills
  • Other necessary customs and compliance documents
  • Ensure all documentation is in line with:
  • DGFT guidelines
  • Indian Customs regulations
  • GST norms
  • Export Promotion Council rules
  • Apply and follow up for export benefits like duty drawback, MEIS/RODTEP, etc.

Coordination with Logistics Partners

  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters to arrange timely dispatch of shipments.
  • Track shipments and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure appropriate packaging and labeling of goods as per international standards.

Client & Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with the production, QC, and sales teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.
  • Address client queries related to shipping, documents, or delivery schedules.

Reporting & Record Management

  • Maintain updated records of all export transactions.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on shipment status, delays, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in export operations.
  • Strong understanding of export procedures, incoterms, and international trade documentation.
  • Knowledge of government schemes such as Duty Drawback, RODTEP, etc. is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
