About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading QA initiatives, building automation frameworks, driving test strategy, and ensuring high-quality product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead QA activities across projects, ensuring adherence to testing standards and best practices.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using Python/PyTest.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium.
  • Define and drive test strategy, test design, review processes, test reporting, and metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, Product, DevOps) to ensure quality delivery.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation practices and methodologies.

Required Skills

  • Python/PyTest Framework (Must Have)
  • Selenium (Must Have)
  • Strong experience in test strategy, design, reviews, reporting, and metrics (Must Have)
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have

  • Experience in API automation (e.g., REST, Postman, PyTest requests).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to performance testing tools and practices.
