Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition:Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Perform cold calling to reach potential candidates and build talent pipelines
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularlyHR Operations Support:Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation
Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and generating reports
Handle data entry, maintain Excel-based HR reports (e.g., attrition, joining status, etc.)Communication & Coordination:Liaise with internal stakeholders for interview scheduling and feedback collection
Maintain prompt communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
Key Skills RequiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data filtering)Strong cold calling and persuasion skills
Good interpersonal and coordination abilities
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner
