Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform stress analysis of offshore piping systems including topsides, jackets, and modules.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME, DNV, API, and client/project standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend supports, guides, anchors, and expansion joints.
  • Prepare and review stress calculation reports, flexibility studies, and support load summaries.
  • Review P&IDs, isometric drawings, and piping layouts for stress and flexibility compliance.
  • Collaborate with process, mechanical, structural, and project teams to ensure integrated design.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and QA/QC teams for approvals and compliance.
  • Perform fatigue, vibration, and in-service stress evaluations for critical piping systems.
  • Utilize software such as CAESAR II, AutoPIPE.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance in pipe stress analysis.
