Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Photo Retoucher / AI-Enhanced Touch-Up Specialist located in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for retouching and enhancing photos using AI tools, image editing, and product photography. Daily tasks will include working closely with the graphic design team to ensure high-quality visuals, contributing to product shoots, and maintaining consistent design standards. The role requires attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.

Qualifications

  • Photo Retouching and Image Editing skills
  • Photography and Product Photography experience
  • Graphic Design proficiency
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
  • Experience with AI-enhanced photo editing tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, or related field is preferred
  • 3 - 5 years work experience

Requirements:


• Strong portfolio showcasing retouching skills (Photoshop + AI-assisted edits)


• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and familiarity with Lightroom


• Experience with AI-based editing software or plugins


• Knowledge of skin retouching, color correction, and background cleanup


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


• Great eye for detail, lighting, and color

Bonus Skills:


• Familiarity with batch editing workflows


• Experience in fashion, beauty, e-commerce, or product photography


• Ability to work within digital asset management systems


• Knowledge of AI automation tools for bulk editing
