Role Summary

We are hiring a Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG). The role involves leading and advising on high-impact initiatives across the system development lifecycle, driving data governance excellence, and ensuring effective master data management aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an SME for SAP MDG and guide teams on best practices.
  • Lead and manage team deliverables and performance.
  • Take ownership of team-level and cross-team decisions.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on key solution decisions.
  • Provide functional solutions to master data and governance challenges.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill teams.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Role Criteria (Functional)

  • Strong hands-on functional experience in SAP MDG.
  • In-depth understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality standards.
  • Experience in master data integration and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize master data processes.
  • Working knowledge of compliance and regulatory data requirements.

Mandatory Skill

  • SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)

Good to Have

  • Experience in enterprise-scale SAP data transformation programs.
