Job Description:As an Interior Designer, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client.

You should be confident in communicating regularly with clients in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. You should maintain familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends in order to provide the best idea for the client.

  • Business driven : Handle incoming customer enquiries via calls, walk-ins, and online channels.

Be the Lead Designer from the first meeting to order booking to design finalization with a keen eye on sales reports, project TAT and customer satisfaction by holding logical & trusted Sales pitch.

  • Design Development: Create and refine innovative design concepts that align with project requirements, client preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings, presentations, and maintain ongoing communication to understand and fulfill their requirements effectively.
  • Quality Design Deliverables: Creation and delivery of design concepts, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality.
  • Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, procurement team, and other design professionals, to ensure cohesive project delivery
  • Quality Control: Maintain a rigorous standard of design quality, paying meticulous attention to detail to exceed client expectations consistently.
  • Customer Experience Ownership: Take ownership of the customer experience throughout the project, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.

Key Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in residential interior design, with at least 1 years in a sales or client-facing role.
  • Holds a high degree of willingness to learn, ability to drive performance among independent team members.
  • Must have Site Experience (should be confident that proposed designs can be installed with minimum hassle at site).
  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture with a minimum of 2 years experience in designing residential projects as a senior designer.
  • Proficient in design software (AutoCad, Sketchup, Enscape)
  • Strong communication skills - Both verbal and written communication skills to be able to construct and defend ideas / designs / pricing.
  • Communication in English mandatory and the local language is also desirable.
  • Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution and Drawing Preparation).
  • Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning).
  • Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details).
  • Holds project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, coordinating with internal & external agencies.
  • Holds behavioral attributes of Result oriented, Team work, Integrity & Ethics, Crisp & meaningful communication.
