Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Placement Officer located in Jalandhar. The Training Placement Officer will be responsible for managing campus placements, facilitating communication between students and potential employers, and coordinating college recruiting initiatives. The role involves organizing training sessions to enhance students' soft skills and preparing them for placement opportunities. The Officer will work closely with academic departments to ensure students are well-prepared for their careers.

  • Excellent Communication and Soft Skills
  • Ability to organize and conduct Training sessions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, faculty, and employers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in educational institutions or placement services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
