Role & responsibilities
Accreditation & Ranking:
- Coordinate and compile data for NIRF, NAAC, and other regulatory ranking frameworks.
- Liaise with departments to ensure data accuracy, timely submission, and continuous improvement in institutional scores.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for inspection and evaluation visits.
- University Administration:
- Support the Registrar in policy formulation, governance, and implementation of academic and administrative procedures.
- Ensure compliance with UGC, AICTE, and other statutory bodies.
- Manage official communication, notifications, and institutional records.
- Quality Assurance & Audit:
- Oversee internal quality audits in collaboration with the IQAC.
- Identify gaps and recommend process improvements for accreditation readiness.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as the key point of contact between university departments, external agencies, and accreditation bodies.
- Facilitate inspections, reviews, and institutional visits by external committees.
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to institutional planning, policy development, and academic benchmarking.
- Use data analytics to support decision-making and enhance institutional performance
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong understanding of NIRF, NAAC,UGC, CIQA and IQAC guidelines.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Leadership with attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
- Proficiency in data management tools, MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across academic and administrative units.
