· Understanding the hiring requirements for different villas & apartment projects
· Attracting candidates through various online channels and professional networks
· End to end recruitment & selection
· Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
· Co-ordinating with Manpower agencies for hiring needs
· Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
· Maintain /update employee HR related records
· Effective employee communication through various channels
· Support fulfilment of HR statutory compliance
· Monitoring of colleague Attendance, Leave Management, Payroll etc.
· Monitor and ensure employee facilities like duty meals and accommodation are taken care
· Drive various colleague engagement initiatives
· Act as a point of contact for all employees when in need
· Regular cordial interactions with employees
Candidate having experience in luxury villas management company will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
