What This Role Requires In the role of

Qlik Cloud Admin (Saas) , you will be a key contributor to MResult's mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do:

Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:

• Monitor and maintain the health, stability, and performance of the Qlik SaaS & on-Prem environments
• Installation, configuration, and deployment of Qlik applications, extensions, and updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Qlik SaaS, including user access, data connectivity, performance, and application functionality.
• Stay up to date with the latest Qlik features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance the platform's capabilities.
• Work with the application teams and help them with the performance issues.

Provide guidance based on the best practices.

• Must be able to provide recommendations and work with the client leads to implement the Qlik SAAS platform optimizations.
• Experience in NPrinting and Alerting.
• Knowledge of Tools like Vizlib & WIP.
• Vendor management/collaboration to raise ticket, track and take it to resolution.
• Document procedures, guidelines, and troubleshooting steps for future reference, playbooks and knowledge sharing for development team to follow.
• Collaborate with client leads and communicate to the stakeholders any issues or concerns that may arise along with a detailed RCA report.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as data engineers and business analysts, to resolve any technical issues.
• Additionally, you will also work with stakeholders to understand their reporting and data visualization requirements and provide support in creating and optimizing Qlik SAAS applications.
• Monitor the health and stability of reload jobs & automations.
• Follow SLA adherence and fulfill service requests and resolve incidents.
• Conduct smoke testing and validation to ensure the reliability and stability of environments
• Suggest innovative ideas for continual improvements and better process for platform.

Key Skills to Succeed in This Role:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred with 7 Years of experience
• Prior experience as a Qlik SaaS administrator or similar role is required
• Solid understanding of Qlik SaaS architecture, security model, and data modelling concepts
• Proficiency in managing Qlik SaaS tasks, licenses, extensions, and user access control
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues
• Knowledge of SQL, database management, and data warehouse concepts
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and proactively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
