About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and Creative Graphic designer to create content. This role requires someone with strong graphic knowledge, hands-on experience in content creation, and the ability to navigate tools that drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging content using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and AI-driven tools.
  • Write compelling copy and captions tailored for different platforms with strong English communication and creative writing skills.
  • Edit and produce high-quality videos optimised for TikTok, YouTube
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing insights
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and AI tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand objectives and business goals.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube campaigns.

  • Strong skills in content creation with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and Canva.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.

  • Excellent written and verbal English with strong creative writing skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing and knowledge of best practices for TikTok and YouTube content.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SEO, SEM, or email marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing
  • Previous experience in running high-conversion ad campaigns on Google Business Suite
