Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer, based in Bengaluru. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and designing graphics, logos, and branding materials. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the marketing team, developing design concepts, selecting appropriate typography, and ensuring all graphics adhere to brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will also work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and producing high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design engaging creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

  2. Create visually appealing social media posts, stories, reels covers, and banners.

  3. Perform basic video editing for reels, ads, and short promotional content.

  4. Work on brand collaterals like brochures, pitch decks, presentations, and ads.

  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute fresh ideas.

  6. Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and trends.

  7. Be proactive in learning new tools, trends, and creative approaches.

Requirements

  1. 0–1 years of experience in graphic design (internships/freelance work also considered).

  2. Strong understanding of social media design trends (Instagram & LinkedIn).

  3. Proficiency in Canva (Pro level) for quick, high-quality designs.

  4. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (or similar tools).

  5. Basic video editing skills (any tool – Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, etc.).

  6. Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.

  7. Ability to take feedback and adapt quickly.

  8. Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment.
