Location: Pan India (Hybrid based on project)

Skills: Python, ML/DL, NLP (or) ML Engineering, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Pipelines, MLOps

What You'll Work On

Predictive models for attrition, performance & workforce planning

NLP solutions: sentiment analysis, resume intelligence, chatbots

Document AI, anomaly detection & HR process automation

Executive dashboards, ROI models & recommendation engines

GenAI POCs, RAG pipelines, reusable ML assets & innovation projects

Who We're Looking For

Strong hands-on Python + ML/DL experience

NLP or ML Engineering expertise (transformers, FastAPI, Spark, deployments)

Cloud ML tools: SageMaker / Azure ML / Vertex AI

Excellent communication and client-facing skills
