Qualification: Degree (NSC in Food Science) – Only Female Candidates

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Dietitian to join our team at Gold Coins Resorts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing nutritious meal plans, guiding guests and staff on healthy food habits, and ensuring dietary standards are maintained within the resort's F\&B operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and design balanced diet charts and meal plans for guests as per their health and lifestyle needs.

* Work closely with the F\&B and Kitchen teams to ensure meals meet nutritional standards.

* Provide dietary counseling and consultations to guests when required.

* Monitor food preparation methods to ensure nutritional value is preserved.

* Educate staff and guests on healthy eating habits and wellness programs.

* Maintain updated knowledge of food science, nutrition trends, and dietary guidelines.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Food Science (NSC) – Mandatory.

* Only female candidates are eligible.

* Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary planning.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a resort/hospitality environment.

* Freshers or candidates with relevant experience can apply.
