Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Ensure daily cleaning of floors, tables, windows, doors, and furniture in all areas of the centre.
• Maintain cleanliness in donor areas, waiting rooms, corridors, laboratories (only external cleaning of surfaces), and office rooms.
• Clean and disinfect washrooms multiple times a day as per schedule.
• Dispose of general waste properly in designated dustbins.

Infection Control & Hygiene

• Follow proper cleaning protocols and use disinfectants as instructed.
• Assist in proper segregation of waste (Bio-medical waste vs. General waste) as guided.
• Ensure hand hygiene and personal cleanliness during duty.

Support to Staff

• Serve drinking water/tea to staff and visitors as required.
• Assist in simple tasks such as carrying files, restocking supplies, arranging chairs, etc.
• Help maintain orderly and neat arrangement of donor beds and waiting areas.

Inventory & Supplies

• Inform Admin/Store in-charge when cleaning materials or hygiene supplies are low.
• Properly store and use cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment.
