Role Overview

We're looking for a next-generation copywriter, someone who thinks strategically, writes fearlessly, and works hand-in-hand with AI to craft ideas that move people and brands alike. This isn't just a traditional copywriting role, it's for someone who uses AI as a creative partner, leveraging tools to ideate, experiment, and elevate storytelling to new heights.

You'll conceptualize big ideas, craft high-impact copy, and use AI tools to enhance creative outputs, from campaigns and decks to digital storytelling and real-time content creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop original, AI-enhanced concepts and campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, and integrated platforms.
  • Write compelling, intelligent copy for ads, films, websites, social media, and brand experiences.
  • Collaborate with Art, Strategy, and Client Servicing teams to deliver insight-led, tech-powered creative work.
  • Experiment with AI tools (for ideation, tone optimization, scripting, trend mining, etc.) to boost creative efficiency and innovation.
  • Lead creative brainstorms and confidently present AI-augmented ideas and campaigns to clients.
  • Maintain brand voice consistency across all channels.
  • Stay on top of emerging creative technologies, AI tools, and content trends.
  • Manage multiple briefs and deadlines while pushing the boundaries of creative quality.

Skills & Experience

  • 5–7
    years of experience in advertising, digital, or content marketing agencies.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing sharp conceptual thinking, versatility, and standout writing across formats.
  • Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia, Jasper, Notion AI, etc.) in creative or strategic workflows.
  • Deep understanding of brand storytelling, cultural trends, and digital behavior.
  • Strong command of English — with an ear for nuance, a flair for wit, and an instinct for strategy.
  • Comfortable experimenting, learning, and iterating in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.
