Role Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to work closely with the Business Team head. The role will support program management, data analysis, and strategic initiatives, ensuring effective decision-making and seamless execution of business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Program Management:

  • Collaborate with the Business Head to manage and execute key programs and initiatives across the company.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

  • Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and insights that support business goals.

  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for effective tracking of business performance.

  • Assist in preparing business cases, forecasts, and feasibility studies for new opportunities.

  • Strategic Support:

  • Support the Business Head in defining business strategies and formulating actionable plans.

  • Contribute to strategic planning sessions and business reviews.

  • Process Optimization:

  • Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.

  • Implement tools and methodologies for streamlining workflows and improving data accuracy.

  • Stakeholder Communication:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, share insights, and drive alignment on program objectives.

  • Present findings, analyses, and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to senior management.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of additional data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus
  • Knowledge of program management tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify key patterns, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations for senior leadership.
  • Interpersonal:
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and self-driven attitude with a focus on results.
  • Domain Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with EV technology, energy infrastructure, or renewable energy ecosystems is a plus.

Ideal Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, program management, or a related field.
  • Background in startups, renewable energy, or EV-related businesses is preferred.
  • A full-time MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, or Data Analytics is desirable.
