Account Manager- Social Media Marketing

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive platform-wise content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube & emerging formats
  • Understand viral-worthy content: What works, why it works, and how to build it in real time
  • Apply performance marketing thinking to organic content - every post should push a metric
  • Use analytics to measure, learn, and scale content - what grows, stays
  • Own client relationships and manage internal teams with clarity, direction, and enthusiasm
  • Write clear briefs, ensure on-time execution, and guide content creators and designers

What You Bring

  • 1-2 years of experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific nuances—especially reels, carousels, hooks, UGC, etc.
  • Creativity, a strong work ethic, and a passion for innovation.
  • Quick thinking and creative instincts when it comes to trends, formats, and storytelling
  • Growth-first mindset: you know how to use numbers to tell a story and shape strategy
  • Experience working across multiple accounts and coordinating with design/copy teams
  • Leadership: you're proactive, organised, and bring people along with your clarity and passion
  • Hands-on with Canva/Reel editing tools

Bonus If You:

  • Understand creator economy/influencer-led campaigns
  • Have built campaigns that went viral organically
  • Are skilled in reporting dashboards, Google Analytics, and Meta Suite
