Job Description - Sr DevSecOps Engineer - Willing to Travel Abu Dhabi

·
Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines using SAST, DAST, IaC scanning to enforce secure DevOps practices.

· Collaborated with the development team to implement secure coding practices and provide guidance on security best practices

·
Automate security controls, manage container security (Kubernetes, Docker), and collaborate with development teams and third party security too
.

· Expertise in application security, cloud security, and penetration testing.

· Built resilient CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, enabling zero-downtime deployments

· Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to implement secure coding practices, conduct vulnerability assessments (VAPT), and design robust security architectures aligned with OWASP, CIS, and DevSecOps frameworks.

· Designed and launched in-house applications including AWS Privilege Buster, enhancing operational efficiency by eliminating three redundant steps during cloud security audits that previously caused delays for infrastructure teams

· Developed a suite of custom security tools, including AutoJacker and API BAC Checker, enhancing.

· Conducted comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration tests on client networks, systems, and applications, aligned with OWASP and industry best practices.

· DevSecOps initiatives integrating SAST, DAST, container scanning, and compliance as code, enhancing security posture and reducing critical vulnerabilities.

· Led cross-functional collaboration with developers and security engineers to evaluate software products, ensuring fit-for-purpose decisions and strengthening DevOps practices.

· Developed and automated key operational workflows using Python and Bash, accelerating infrastructure provisioning and reducing manual maintenance effort.

· Collaborated with development teams to manage code repositories using Git, ensuring efficient version control practices including branching, merging, and pull requests
