About Us:
Our Child Development Centre (CDC) provides specialized services in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, and Special Education. We are looking for a receptionist who can serve as the first point of contact for patients and families with warmth and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls and provide information in English and Malayalam.
- Handle patient registration, slot booking, and appointment scheduling according to therapist availability.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately.
- Assist in basic accounts handling including fee collection, receipts, and maintaining payment records.
- Support parents and patients through basic counselling and guidance on therapy schedules and procedures.
- Coordinate with therapists and departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in reception, office administration, or healthcare setting preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounts management.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Empathy, patience, and a child-friendly approach.
