Qualification & Experience

  • B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation.

  • Preferably from Steel / Power / Process / Heavy Industry background

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead E&I team for operation & maintenance of plant electrical and instrumentation systems.

  • Ensure preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of motors, transformers, switchgear, drives, PLC/DCS, and automation systems.

  • Oversee installation, calibration, commissioning of instruments & control devices.

  • Perform root cause analysis of breakdowns and implement corrective actions.

  • Maintain safety standards, compliance, and statutory requirements.

  • Manage inventory of spares and optimize energy usage.

  • Coordinate with Production, Mechanical & O&M teams for smooth plant operations.

  • Lead and mentor team for performance improvement.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLC/DCS, SCADA, automation & instrumentation.

  • Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.

  • Good knowledge of safety standards & statutory compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 per month
