Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a .Net React JS Fullstack Team Lead located in Pune. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, managing projects, and overseeing the development of web applications. Day-to-day tasks include front-end and back-end development, utilizing technologies such as .Net and React JS, writing clean and efficient code, ensuring coding standards are met, and collaborating with other teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Leading Team to manage and guide a team of developers
  • 8+ years Software Development skills with a strong understanding of .Net framework and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Front-End Development skills including proficiency in React JS and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
