Our objective is to provide seamless experience to customers when they are booking any service and provide excellent customer support.

The candidate for this position should be a clear and confident communicator. Should have ability to understand and articulate processes and be proactive to take ownership of tasks assigned. This person will use their expertise to connect with customers/professionals and help them in resolving their issues.

Responsibilities

  • Vendor management Keeping vendor information updated on app and connecting with them on daily basis, managing dashboards.
  • Outbound calls for getting feedback on product & promotions to improve customer & professional experience.
  • Handling Inbound leads & Customer Queries.
  • Customer and Professional support Resolving issues ensuring parties are satisfied with the support provided.
  • Manage data of the bookings, Professionals & marketing sources for data analysis and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
  • Conduct follow-ups on sales inquiries from existing and prospective customers.
  • Analyse data to generate insights and reports for strategic decision-making.

Eligibility (must haves)

  • Can start immediately.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi & Telugu.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Spreadsheet knowledge.

Eligibility (Good to have)

  • 0 -1 Years of experience preferred.
