Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Staff position located in Khammam (Location: Mamatha Road, beside Spark Hero Showroom, Khammam, Telangana). The Counter Staff will manage day-to-day operations at the counter, including greeting customers, processing orders, handling payments, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in Sales and the ability to engage customers effectively
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Hospitality standards
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in similar roles or the food and beverage industry is a plus
