An Academic Counselor supports students by guiding course choices, exploring career paths, and fostering personal growth. They understand each student's strengths and challenges while connecting students, teachers, and parents to ensure academic success and well-being. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
• Provide academic and career counseling to students.
• Conduct telecalling to reach out to prospective students and parents.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Assist in fee collection and payment follow-ups.
• Work towards set admission and counseling targets. *QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS*
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 0-2 years experience in academic counselor or related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Strong organizational abilities to manage diverse tasks efficiently.
• Basic computer skills – MS Office, CRM/ERP systems, email tools. *Job type* :

• ⁠working time 9:30 am - 5:30 pm (mon-sat, Sunday off) Experience: 0-2 years Languages: Malayalam & English
