Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time

Program Timeline & Stipend

  • Months 1-3 (Foundation): Unpaid.
  • Months 4-6 (Contribution): ₹5,000/month.
  • Post-Internship: Performance review with the goal of converting at least 70% of interns to a paid junior-engineer role.

What You Will Work On

  • Design, build, and test RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring REST.
  • Contribute to a microservices architecture—service discovery, fault tolerance, and observability.
  • Participate in the complete SDLC: requirement analysis, coding, unit testing, peer reviews, and cloud deployment.
  • Write clean, maintainable code that applies OOP principles and patterns such as DAO, DTO, and MVC.
  • Handle JSON/XML data; implement XSL, XSLT, and XPath transformations; parse via SAX, DOM, and JAXB.
  • Help automate build, test, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and container orchestration setups.
  • Collaborate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews) and document technical decisions.
  • Showcase continual self-learning through mini-projects, LeetCode/GFG challenges, and peer knowledge-shares.

What You Should Already Know

  • Solid Java 8+ fundamentals: collections, concurrency, JVM basics.
  • Ability to solve algorithm problems at medium-easy to hard-easy level on LeetCode or GeeksforGeeks.
  • Working SQL knowledge: self-joins, inner/left joins, grouping, indexing.
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment concepts (AWS/GCP/Azure/Hetzner) and containerization.
  • Basic understanding of infrastructure-as-code, logging, and monitoring.
