Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular development. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external/internal systems.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Ensure best practices in coding standards, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum methodology and actively contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
  • Frontend expertise with Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
  • Solid experience in RESTful API design and microservices.
  • Proficiency in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) and working knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in Reactive Programming (Spring WebFlux, RxJS).
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud-native development.
  • Knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
  • Prior experience in leading small development teams.
