MFT Engineer

Experience : 10+ Years (6+ years in GoAnywhere/MFT)

We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. GoAnywhere / MFT Developer Expert with strong expertise in Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions, particularly GoAnywhere. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in installation, configuration, administration, and development within GoAnywhere, along with strong troubleshooting and scripting skills.

Responsibilities :

• Architect, install, configure, and administer the GoAnywhere MFT tool.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize GoAnywhere workflows to meet business needs.

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for GoAnywhere solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions for MFT-related incidents.

• Automate processes (installation, configuration, maintenance) using scripting languages.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GoAnywhere with enterprise systems.

• Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of file transfers across environments.

• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior team members.

Qualifications :

• 10+ years of overall IT industry experience.

• 6+ years proven experience as a GoAnywhere/MFT Administrator & Developer.

• Strong experience with GoAnywhere development, installation, configuration, and administration.

• Expertise in scripting for automation (PowerShell, Shell, Python, or similar).

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Knowledge of IIS and Windows Server administration.

• Experience with other MFT tools (Axway, Sterling, MOVEit, etc.) is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS).

• Familiarity with security standards and compliance (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR).

• Exposure to cloud-hosted MFT environments.
