Urgent hiring for Billing, Dispatch & Store Executive for Food Manufacturing Plant.

Require Male Candidates for Dhampur Uttarakhand Location.

Operations and management

· Oversee day-to-day operations: Ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

· Manage staff: Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate store employees.

· Handle finances: Manage cash registers, handle financial transactions, and perform daily reconciliations.

· Ensure compliance: Guarantee the store follows company policies, safety regulations, and health standards.

Inventory and merchandising

· Manage inventory: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers for replenishment, and process orders.

· Conduct audits: Perform physical stock verifications and audits.

· Maintain records: Keep accurate records of purchases, inventory, and sales.

· Organize displays: Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and well-organized.

· Prepare bills: Calculate, prepare, and process bills and invoices

· Manage accounts: Manage accounts payable and receivables

· Maintain records: Maintain budgets and other financial records

· Issue checks: Issue checks and receive payments

· Ensure accuracy: Review the work of billing staff to ensure accuracy

· Prioritize clients: Create and provide a list of clients to be invoiced

· Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies
